For the first time in years, I broke out a sewing machine and got busy on some fabric. Got some new slacks that were a wee bit too long (4 inches too long) and I need to look clean.
After calling my mother and sending her three pics of the phone, I got it threaded. As I was sewing, I felt a rush I haven't felt in months; taking something and customizing it as my own is creativity.
I feel like a new guy. I think I need to mix up my projects to include some crafts.
